My wife and I are part of the ?Great California Diaspora?, leaving the troubled Golden State for?well, the United States. Our good friend, who is a very successful realtor, found Sarah though her network. In short, Sarah is AMAZING! Having fallen in love with Kentucky, we put together a long list of properties centered around Lexington, but ranging far and wide. Sarah took our crazy list and turned it into a plan. Sarah advised us, but didn?t pressure us. She helped us explore and understand. She was always positive and professional, and guided us when we needed it. She spent a lot of time over multiple days taking us to properties, orienting us around the various regions, and providing a lot of intelligent, thoughtful, and really compassionate input on the various houses we looked at. .
