THA Realty

Brian was excellent to work with in the purchase of our house. .....was there every step of the way for us. Very knowledgeable and patient as he answered our many questions.

Brian was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the process. As it was our first time looking to buy we didnt have any prior knowledge of the process but Brian walked us through everything. He was very accessible when we had questions and responded very quickly. He made the process easier then we could ever have imagined.

Brian was very helpful from the value of our home and how to put it on the market we had an offer in 3 weeks and excepted the offer with help from him on negotiating a price that we were comfortable with. He was quick and responsive with information and questions we had during the process Brian and THA are hands down who we would use again Thank you Brian.

Brian helped me buy my current house 14 years ago and he currently helped me sell my grandparents home after they had passed. The day he put the sign up he already had multiple offers and by the end of the night we already had our buyer. That quick. Brian goes above and beyond for his clients and you won't find a better Real Estate Professional in WV. Very thankful for him!

Brian was a buyers agent. Highly recommend. Immediate attentiveness and quality throughout process. I needed someone to help me negotiate with the seller and he pulls thru; Furthermore, Severe storms had damage on the property that he helped me workout with the seller to negotiate just before closing. Brian was exceptional. I bought the property on Emerson Ave. Great job Brian. Wow!!! I love it!!
