After doing a market analysis of the area, Miki and I agreed on a listing price that was in line with the market. ( I didnt realize the market was that strong ) She posted it on Tulia and a few other internet based sites, then listed it on the MLS. She kept me informed along the way. I got an offer sooner than I thought I would. I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

Miki McCarthy helped us buy our first home. We were very nervous and anxious about the entire process because we had never gone through it before and didnt know what to expect. We had originally contacted a different realtor when we began searching for a home, but things did not work out with him. After asking around, we were referred to Miki. She was so helpful from start to finish. We are very grateful to have found her. She explained things to us as many times as needed so we could understand the process and what was happening along the way. She was extremely patient and understanding with all the bumps we encountered along the way. We worked with her for several months before finding the one. She really stuck her neck out for us when it came down to all the negotiations and fought to get us where we wanted to be. I am very appreciative for all she did for us. She is wonderful.
