Texas Bound Real Estate

Rasha is, without question, the very best realtor/broker we have ever used. She quickly realized what we were looking to buy. And during this whole process she was fully committed in ensuring we found the 'right' house. We're extremely happy with Rasha and the services she provided. I highly recommend this professional!

Rasha is an amazing realtor! She helped us find the perfect home for me and my family in a very short time. I am very pleased with all the work she did for us. I highly recommended her!!!

Andrea was our real estate agent and property manager for over three years, and our overall experience was excellent. From the start, she came across as knowledgeable and efficient. Unlike with previous prospects, we never felt pressured or that our time was being wasted. Initially, we were simply looking for a trustworthy property manager to oversee our newly renovated rental property. Andrea exceeded expectationsaEUR"maintaining an impressive 94% occupancy rate while securing fair market rental value, even during a period of high inflation. Typically, you hold on to a rental property for about a decade, but given the significant price appreciation, we decided it was the right time to sell and reinvest the equity. I expected our property to sell for around $225,000, but Andrea helped us close at $240,000 (and it would have been $246,000 if not for VA loan restrictions on the buyer). Working with Andrea was an incredible experience, both as a property manager and as a real estate agent.

Rasha was patient, knowledgeable, and was responding fast at all times of the day. Buying our first home was easy and stress free thanks to Rasha. She negotiated the price down to what we wanted and filled us in with all questions that we had on the property.

Rasha did awesome job at keeping us updated with what was going on and what we need to get done. I would 100% recommend her. We were able to get this home pretty fast and the deal done. She was there when we closed and congratulated us on the home. Anytime we wanted to look at the house she would be available to let us look at it. she was very organized and sent over all the paperwork whenever it was done or if we needed to sign something this process was very easy because of her this was also our first time buying a house.
