We live 5 hours away and Garrett was always willing to get eyes on properties we were interested in as well as provide feedback on the pros and cons of each property. Garrett did an outstanding job identifying homes and properties that would meet our needs; he was flexible in scheduling home tours in the evenings and on weekends when necessary. Garrett was extremely responsive to our numerous inquiries and provided expert advice based on his knowledge of the local market and real estate trends. When it came time to put an offer in on a home, Garrett came prepared with a number of questions and suggestions for our offer.
