I reached out to several realtors one day inquiring about different properties. All of them told me sorry this property is no longer available and that was it except for Michael the one Property I did inquire with him. He did tell me it was already under contract, but hey, tell me what youre looking for and Ill help you find it. He is the only one out of 456 realtors that offered to extend my search and help us find our forever home and throughout the process he was very open honest communicated very well. I told him I had 10 days to find my mama home her forever home three days later we had that forever home under contract. We closed on the house about a month ago and even still when we had questions he was more than happy to answer them. Help us find the answer communicate with us. He did not ignore us because our deal was already done. He continued to help us. I will be forever grateful to him as my husband and mother will be forever grateful to him and over this experience kind of feel like hes part of a family I would recommend him 1000 times over and he is the only one I would recommend there was a few things that needed to be upgraded updated fixed electrician locksmith construction as far as Contractor to change out a tub into a shower and he had all of his people lined up and Bam Bam Bam easy Peezy. It was all scheduled and all done. He went above and beyond so if you were looking to buy a house or sell a house, this is the person to reach out to to help you. Michael is a wonderful agent. He was autoassigned to me (29f) via Zillow and I am so thankful for it. What is great about Michael is that he is not only well versed in the market, details of the houses he is showing, but he is born and raised and well acquainted with Cheyenne and the surrounding area.
