Territorial Ranch Realty, LLC

Late to meet, no information after months of waiting, no show at all.....NO INFORMATION and seem to not care. She must be really busy. Had to get another to sell my house and I don't why she was like this.

Chantea is a fantastic realtor! My wife and I used her services to purchase a home here in McCurtain County. Our home-buying process was very unique due to the seller being very difficult and my lender being slow as well. Through it all, Chantea was the only one who always answered my calls, got back with me really fast and would demand answers from my lender or the seller. Truly she was an advocate for us through our home-buying process. Buying a home is hard enough but its even worse when the parties involved aren't professional, I just thank God we had Chantea on our side to help sort all the difficulties out. She really went to bat for us. I would use her for any future realestate aquisitions becuase she is knowledgeable, personable, and professional.

From day one of doing business with her she was great! Always honest and upfront about any questions we had and kept us updated on what was going on the whole time... not only did we get a house we got a friend!!

Chantea was wonderful and so helpful with buying our first home. She made it a wonderful experience! So thank you Chantea for being so wonderful and an amazing person to work with.

Chantea Cleckler was very enthusiastic and effecient in our experience with her as our realtor. She was very personal as well as professional. It was a pleasure doing business with her.
