Ed Billings is a star. Selling a house is serious business--emotional in so many ways, especially when you have lived in your house a long time. A sense of humor is a big help in negotiating the complex process. Ed was skilled at helping us keep a sense of humor. He understands both sides of the equation. We appreciated his knowledge of the community, his awareness of the buyer's goals and the seller's. We knew he was someone we could trust. He did not disappoint.

I just closed today on a great little house in a terrific location. Ed was great on all fronts, from initial showings before signing on with him, through inspection and closing, and then following up to put me in touch with resources for everything from painting to landscaping after the deal was done.
