Jimmy did an amazing job at assisting us through our first home buying experience. If I had any issues or questions I could rely on him to get the answers for me. He was always friendly and professional with us. He was also not afraid to share his opinions on what would be a good buy and what would be the potential of a house. He could get us to see multiple houses in one day very quickly, even if they were in a different county. He is also very good at lowering the final closing costs by negotiating fees to be paid by the seller, and lowering the asking price of a house. All around I found my experience with Jimmy to be excellent and I would trust him to buy or sell a house for me in the future.
