Charity was absolutely amazing to work with and truly went above and beyond for us. Since we live out of state, having someone local we could completely trust was incredibly important. She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to handle things for us when we couldnt be there in person. She made the entire buying process so much easier and continued to be helpful even after closing. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and would recommend Charity without hesitation. She truly deserves more than five stars!

Sandra was absolutely amazing to work with in all aspects of the purchase of our mountain cabin! She met us for an initial showing in May but then the property went off the market for several months. During that time she proactively looked for other properties that matched our requirements, and kept us informed of similar cabins on the market. When the first cabin came back on the market she showed the home to us again, worked with us to submit an offer, and patiently guided us every step of the way through closing. Sandra is incredibly easy to work with! She is highly experienced, extremely knowledgeable, very professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about her clients. We now consider her a new friend! If youre looking for a realtor, you wont find anyone better than Sandra! We recommend her without hesitation!

Sandra has been absolutely fantastic to work with! She has great communication, is always quick to respond, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. We couldnt be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Sandra to anyone looking for a great real estate agent. You Will Not be disappointed!!!

Sandra was great! She was very responsive throughout the whole process. We were buying our home to be a short term rental and she was very knowledgeable about the industry including helping with government filings, understanding historic numbers, knowing what rents well, and the process of turning over a property being rented to another owner who will rent. I will use her next time we buy or sell in the area and highly recommend Sandra to anyone needing an agent near the Smoky Mountains.

Charity was amazing. I had a challenging property to sell. She stayed with it all the way bringing many people to see it. We finally found the right buyer and closed the deal. I would highly recommend her. I found her by asking AI who is the top agent and it told me her. I am happy that I did. She is a pro.
