Tennessee Elite Realty

Karen and Shelly did an amazing job working with us to close on our home! They went above and beyond throughout this entire process. They were always available to answer our countless questions, guide us through every step, and make sure we felt confident in every decision. Their patience, knowledge, and dedication helped us find and purchase the home we absolutely love. We are so grateful for everything they did to make this dream a reality.

Sandra was absolutely amazing to work with in all aspects of the purchase of our mountain cabin! She met us for an initial showing in May but then the property went off the market for several months. During that time she proactively looked for other properties that matched our requirements, and kept us informed of similar cabins on the market. When the first cabin came back on the market she showed the home to us again, worked with us to submit an offer, and patiently guided us every step of the way through closing. Sandra is incredibly easy to work with! She is highly experienced, extremely knowledgeable, very professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about her clients. We now consider her a new friend! If youre looking for a realtor, you wont find anyone better than Sandra! We recommend her without hesitation!

Sandra was great! She was very responsive throughout the whole process. We were buying our home to be a short term rental and she was very knowledgeable about the industry including helping with government filings, understanding historic numbers, knowing what rents well, and the process of turning over a property being rented to another owner who will rent. I will use her next time we buy or sell in the area and highly recommend Sandra to anyone needing an agent near the Smoky Mountains.

Sandra has been absolutely fantastic to work with! She has great communication, is always quick to respond, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. We couldnt be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Sandra to anyone looking for a great real estate agent. You Will Not be disappointed!!!

Karen was great to work with. This was our second short term rental purchase but our first in the Smoky Mountains. Karen was very knowledgeable about the area and she was very familiar with the STR market and how to help investors like us. We looked at several places and found one that met all of our checkboxes. We hope this isnt our last place in the region!
