I have found my Telluride broker in Eric. It's hard to be an all-star in all required skills in real estate, but Eric checks every one of the boxes. First and foremost (and most importantly), he works for his client and not his commission. Unlike most realtors, he did not show us his own listings, as he said they were not what we wanted. He was dialed in on finding us our dream home, and he did it after many conversations and a long search. He encouraged us to take a look at something that I originally didn't even want to go see, and that is the property my husband and I knew was "home." Eric knew it before we did. Once we started the negotiations, I credit Eric with seeing it through the finish line. There were many hurdles, and I was ready to walk away and start fresh with a new property, but Eric was steady as they come. He is an expert negotiator who never lost his cool, even when things got tense. His ability to read the room, strategize, and know when to push and when to pull back was invaluable.
