TEITSMA HOMES TEAM at Coldwell Banker

Ive purchased and sold two house with the Homes Team in the past 18 years. Michelles knowledge of the area, professionalism and understanding of the client is beyond expectations. Their approach is to find the best house for your wants and needs, and not just to make a sale. I would most definitely recommend Michelle and Kim to anyone who is selling or purchasing in West Michigan.

Michelle Teitsma is an outstanding realtor and someone Ive really enjoyed working with. Shes professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. She does a great job communicating throughout the process and is always focused on finding the best outcome for her buyers and sellers. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a great realtor and an even better person to have in their corner!

Michelle and Kim did an excellent job guiding me through the process of selling my home. All steps went quickly and smoothly. With only ten showings I received three offers, two of which were above the listing price! They were quickly responsive to my every question and request.

We loved working with Michelle! She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the process. We have moved several times, and this purchase was our smoothest transaction. Her expertise in the West Michigan real estate market was invaluable.
