Alesia Borja was an excellent realtor to work with. I loved her positive attitude, and she has great communication skills. I tried 2 other realtors try and sell my condo, previously and she got my condo sold! She's very knowledgeable, and a hard worker, along with a great work ethic. I highly recommend her.

We have nothing but praise for Alesia. From the first meeting we knew that this was the realtor we wanted to work with. She went through the process of what would be involved in selling our house. She set up time to contact each week to keep us informed. She set up appointments of two to three days to take pictures of our property. I liked the idea of the sign going up with a coming soon (house for sale), to generate interest or to even find out what interest was out there. At that point a sell price was put on the house. After our first open house we had a number of offers and Alesia went through each one, called each offer and ask if that was the best offer being that there was five. That was done before showing us the offers and getting us the best offer possible. The whole process started in January and by February 2nd our house was under contract.Alesia is a hard working knowledgeable realtor and I would and have recommended her.

Alesia is awesome to work with. She is very helpful and responsive with all my questions and concerns and find ways to answer them in a timely manner. My investment property needed some repairs so she provided me with contractors she has worked with in the past even PRIOR to closing.
