Will was so thorough throughout the process. His attention to the details was what did it. Will walked me through all the steps we needed for the preparation of listing, explained each step on what we could do to make it more successful. Then Will produced an excellent online video in which you could see the house first and help validate buyers early through the cycle. We then listed the house and in 9 hours we had a solid offer with 5 more visits through the house the next day. Accepted the offer, then he worked with me through the counter offers and then helped us closed on the house 8% above our initial asking price. Will made the process easy to understand, was always available to answer any question I had and explained it in simple terms that I could understand.
