Will was kind and understanding, He listened to my concerns, such as I was worried about putting a lock box on the door. I felt that may not be safe in an inner-city neighborhood and we lived 3 hours away. He went above and beyond to help us out. He even made the rooms look neater. The buyer noticed a leak on a pipe in the basement, and Will made sure he went over to the house to check it out for us. He then looked for a plumber and, on the date the plumber was coming Will went to the property for us so we didn't have to drive down to be there. He truly went above and beyond for us. Will walked me through all the steps we needed for the preparation of listing, explained each step on what we could do to make it more successful. Then Will produced an excellent online video in which you could see the house first and help validate buyers early through the cycle. We then listed the house and in 9 hours we had a solid offer with 5 more visits through the house the next day. Accepted the offer, then he worked with me through the counter offers and then helped us closed on the house 8% above our initial asking price. Will made the process easy to understand, was always available to answer any question I had and explained it in simple terms that I could understand.
