I recommend Debbie Long to prospective homebuyers because she has vision and takes the interests of her clients seriously. ~ I appreciate her expertise and knowledge in that it made me feel comfortable with knowing the areas to consider when purchasing home based on factors important to me; location to work, location of my childrens schools, spirit of the neighborhoods or sub-division and sharing the costs & benefits of each house we looked at. ~ TRUST is a huge factor in any relationship I have. And there was a relationship you establish with your agent. I have purchased serveral homes in past, and there is always this little bit of doubt that I always felt in that wondering if the agent is just trying to make the sell, make it fast, and keep it moving.
