Team BeachSide of LoKation Real Estae

John was great when we were looking to rent property in PSL. Very patient, informative and always available, even on short notice. We have had a lot of experience with Realtors and found John to be among the best.

We highly recommend John K. and Team Treasure Coast. Our home had expired after trying to sell it for almost a year. John re-listed it and with professional photography and marketing sold it very quickly. He was available through the whole process and did a great job communicating. He is very professional and always willing to go above and beyond.

John was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us find our dream home after selling our home. John deserves the 5-star recognition. He kept us well updated and ensured the process went quickly and efficiently. We cannot say enough about John.

It was a pleasure working with John. We found our dream home after viewing only a few homes. We also sold to the 2nd buyers who toured our home. He made the process easy and effortless.

I have dealt with many responsible and hard working realtors; but Mr. John Kavaliauskas was absolutely the best! He is punctual, quick, and respectful to my needs. . I recommend him with no reservation whatsoever!
