TBT Real Estate

Tammie Bell with TBT Real Estate recently helped me sell my late brothers home, and I truly cannot express how much her support meant during such a difficult time. From the very beginning, Tammie brought a sense of calm and confidence that I desperately needed. Even when I worried about the homes location, she never waveredaEUR"she reassured me, stayed positive, and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. Her communication was beyond anything I expected. Whether it was late in the evening or even on her days off, she always made sure I had the information I needed. That level of dedication is rare, and it meant the world to me. I have the deepest respect for TammieaEUR"not just as a professional, but as a genuinely caring person. If I ever need to sell a home again, there is no question that I will turn to TBT Real Estate. Her staff is just as wonderful: organized, kind, and so easy to work with. This experience could have been overwhelming, but Tammie made it feel manageable, even hopeful. I'm incredibly grateful.

Words that describe her; Experienced, professional, kind, personable, knowledgeable, caring and has a good follow-up.

Tammie and her staff were exceptional! Very effective and communication is top notch! She answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable about the housing market. I would definitely recommend TBT Real Estate to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

My husband and I had been interested in a piece of property for quite some time. I mentioned it to Tammie Bell at some point in conversation and asked her to advise me if the property ever became available. It finally did and within approximately one hour of the listing she made our offer and we now own the property. Tammie handled the transaction quickly and everything went as smooth as butter. Her staff was on top of everything and kept us informed of each step. I would recommend TBT for all your real estate needs.

Tammie was extremely helpful in selling my home. She did a great package of comps in the area, explaining to me where the home values stood at the time of my listing. the house sold almost immediately, for full asking price. Tammie and her Office kept me Informed as the Process moved along, even though I was living 650 Miles away.
