TAYLOR PROPERTIES

We've bought two homes and sold one with Jennifer. She is friendly, knowledgable, and goes above and beyond to get things done. She works all hours and knows people in all the trades to help if you need work done when either buying or selling. The first time she helped us with real estate, it was chance that put us in contact with her. The other two times, we already knew she was good and continued the relationship. We highly recommend her services!

Jennifer was wonderful from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She guided us through every step of the process. Jennifer always had our best interests in mind!

Jennifer was an absolute delight to work with during the sale of my uncles estate. She guided my family and me through every step aEUR" from liquidating and donating items to coordinating minor renovations like painting and cleaning. Her team was organized, efficient, and supportive, making a difficult process feel manageable. Thanks to her strategic preparation and market insight, the home received an over-asking offer within 24 hours of being listed. Jennifer handled our situation with genuine care, clear communication, and professionalism. I highly recommend her.

Where can I start with Jennifer, she was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect, from the neighborhoods to the rules and regulations. As a first time home buyer this process was not scary or as daunting as I imagined it was so easy and she always made sure I understood every step and felt comfortable. Jennifer walked me through every step of the way. She has all the answers, replied IMMEDIATELY to every question or concerned that I had, even the smallest things (checks... lol) I can not recommend Jennifer enough. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. She is definitely an Ace of Spades and major asset. Thank you again Jennifer, cheers to the next buying (or selling ;-) ) experience.

Jennifer did an outstanding job with us! She has great experience and she is knowledgeable about real estate. If you need to buy or sell your next property you should call Jennifer Drennan!
