Worst agent ever. Never showed up for a scheduled showing, never answered calls or messages. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Total waste of time. If you value your time, avoid this agent.

Stan was very responsive and knew the market very well. As aEURoeweekendersaEUR? he was always willing to help with anything we needed even after we bought from him. We used Stan to buy our property and were so happy that we used him to sell as well. Wouldnt think twice of working with him again if we needed anything.

He also works closely with several local businesses and was able to recommend great home inspectors and loan officers. He also went above and beyond in just spending time with us walking through the home and advising us on what services and costs it would take to maintain a home in the area (we have only owned a condo in a metropolitan area before so the details of owning and maintaining a large single family home were totally new to us). After our closing he continued to check in with recommendations on contractors / technicians to do work on the home. We would work with him on any future real estate transactions in the area and recommend him and his team highly.
