I am surprised by the last review, as my husband and I had a very different experience with Kelly O'Brien, who solidly advised us during a three year house search and two job changes. She also helped us sell our home in a depressed market, getting us a better price than anyone expected. One of Kelly's standout qualities is her candor. We never felt pressured by her. On the contrary, if she felt a home was not a solid investment, she would let us know why. I remember one home in particular that I was in love with, but which occupied a corner of a cut-through street. I never would have known this was a cut-through, if Kelly had not pointed it out, and to this day I'm grateful that we did not go through with the purchase. (We moved nearby and boy was she right!) Kelly's negotiation skills are also top-notch. She has the experience and professionalism to know when to speak and when to listen, in addition to a solid knowledge of the market. I was impressed as my husband, a confident, knowledgeable, and successful financier, would time and again rely on Kelly's expertise. He also gave her free-reign with negotiations, no doubt because he recognized her strength in this arena. We ended up buying our "forever" house in an A+ location, thanks to Kelly's honesty, professionalism, and consistent attention to our needs.
