We have had the pleasure of working with Tara twice now, to include selling and purchasing a home. Tara is an unbelievably hard worker, truthful and is there to answer your phone call or email day or night. She helped us every step of the way and got us the best price for our home. Working with Tara felt like working with a trusted friend not just another realtor. I will be recommending Tara to all of my family and friends who need a GREAT realtor in southern NH. Mrs Albert is by far the best realtor but she was more than a realtor for my husband and I. She was a coach, a cheerleader, a negotiator, a counselor who talked me down just a few times, an information bank, a rolodex of resources, a defender for us, a voice of reason and the reason my husband and I have our forever dream home. She is a champion of realtors and truly amazing. We are forever grateful that we had her on our side working for us. Would never hire another realtor and will refer to everyone.

The most difficult thing about writing Tara a good review is that i had to read through the 100s of 5-STAR reviews to make sure i wrote the absolute BEST review. Simply put; A players want to work with A players and theres a reason she is one of the top agents in the country. (dont take my word for it, she has all the accolades). I mean this women literally facilitated one of my closings while in labor! Im not kidding! Search as much as youd like but you wont find a more dedicated, knowledgeable, professional and honest person to work with. (Im sure i can google more adjectives if youd like) Tara is exceptionally talented and a genuinely great person to share your home buying/selling experience with.

Tara Albert is an absolute professional. I am not even sure where to begin. We were first time buyers and had little to no knowledge on the home buying process. I had done plenty of background work on my own, but as with anything, there is so much that you cannot prepare for ahead of time. From the very first moment we were introduced to Tara the customer service was second to none. In the beginning, she established a Collaboration website through which new and existing postings were made available to us based on our search parameters. When we found the right home, Tara immediately contacted us and explained in great detail each step. She then established a safe, efficient, and easy way to exchange files via Dotloop, that significantly made the process move along faster. Tara did an exceptional job coordinating with not only the sellers realtor, but also with our mortgage company, reducing a ton of headaches. I promise that if you work with Tara, not a single decision will be made without extensive explanation and details. Tara is also incredibly knowledgeable in the local area and well connected. Every service that she has suggested has been just as good, from home inspectors to title company. I honestly do not believe I can properly put in to words how amazing this whole experience has been working with Tara. We definitely plan to remain in contact with her, and if we decide to buy/sell in the future, there is no one else we would rather work with.
