Wow! What a pleasant experience working with Maria and John Hoffman from Tampa Home Group to sell and buy our home. Everything worked out like clockwork. We have been trying to sell our home in New Tampa for over a year. They came over to the house, suggested decluttering (note: start early!), and shared specific tips to make the home more saleable. We were thinking in a year. So we got to work updating, cleaning out, and getting a Pod last spring. By the fall, it was in pretty good shape. We were simultaneously looking for a new home and went on many afternoon visits to various homes, but it just didnt feel right. We found one, made a very respectable offer, and the owner decided not to take it - in retrospect, great! - and we waited for early 2026 to begin again. In late February, we found a new build and signed. Then we started working with the A Team, Debbie and Donyale, to get our home ready to sell. They handled everything. From the listing to the marketing, to assisting with recommendations for services, John presented good market data and rate information about where the price point should be and how to have one open house, get some offers, and get the house sold. Bing, bang, boom. Listed on a Thursday, open house on Saturday, and sold on Tuesday, for more than list price. All the financial pieces, moving, storage, and paperwork come together.
