We wandered into Marthas openhouse in Land O Lakes one weekend and never looked back. We didnt have realtor yet nor a mortgage company. Not only did we have an invite to her online portal ( that was prefiltered to our likings and things we mentioned at openhouse) by the time we made it home that evening, but everyday they notified us of new homes in market available. They also filtered anything out as we figured out more and more of what we were looking for in our forever home. Within a couple weeks, she took us on a quick tour of a few homes she noticed we really liked on the portal. She squeezed in a visit to a home about to have an openhouse first. THANKFULLY bc it was our favorite. And I am writing this review from the very same living room of my first new home!!! She negotiated everything we needed (closing costs partially included in purchase price from seller), and introduced us to some great contacts.She has a team to help her/us and they are all definitely friends/ family now. Martha and team have checked in multiple times with us and our closing was over a month ago. Did I mention she contacted me during her European vacation bc I emailed ! And in fact, her assistant called today to say hello over a month after closing and has offered to help bc she heard from my husband I was a little confused about our HOA. I simply cannot say enough great things about Martha, Rachel, Kelly and the entire crew!Thank you all so very much!
