ZillowVERIFIED Martha is an exceptional professional to work with. She knows the business inside and out, with umpteen years of experience and second to none negotiating skills. She has helped us out of a pickle more than once when selling and buying a home in the Tampa area, always with grace and respect and an unparalleled ability to communicate complicated matters easily and timely. If we could only clone her! Oh wait, her daughter Rachel is also available to work with, giving the same outstanding service :) These gals at Tampa Elite Homes are truly excellent! ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had been actively looking for a second home in N Ga for two years. We had had conversations with several realtors during that time but settled in on Ga Mtn Living Realty and Martha Hernandez about a year ago. Martha was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We had a very specific set of criteria and Martha was very in-tuned to our vision. After a few months she said she had an agent (Valorie Price) who lived in the Blue Ridge / Ellijay area and knew the region very well and thought she would be just who we needed to find that special place. Martha was right, Valorie was a literal God-send. She was and is amazing, going far above what we ever expected in an agent. She listened, she communicated and she WORKED. She evaluated everything that met our criteria giving us information and suggestions. We were out of state so had limited ability to see properties immediately and Valorie would go the properties and even FaceTime with us so we could see the actual homes and areas. We eventually found aEURoethe houseaEUR? and Valorie immediately organized and laid out a plan for our offer to be made. She communicated multiple times during the day of decision by the sellers and saw us through the offer process, giving savvy recommendations that were the difference in us getting a very desirable home that had received multiple offers. Valorie continued (and is continuingaEUR|) her caring and wonderful follow up until we were closed and settled in. We cant recommended Valorie Price and Ga Mtn Living Realty high enough. Thank you Valorie, and thank you Martha for having the values, knowledge and energy that made for something very special to us, and to all our family. BLESSINGS to you both as you make dreams happen.David and Paulette KEllijay, Ga

ZillowVERIFIED Martha and Rachael of Elite Homes are the Best Realty Agents anyone could ever hope to have helping You Sell your Home. They go above and beyond in marketing your Home. That took the sale of our Precious Home to a higher level than my wife and I could have ever expected. Martha and Rachael represented us and always put us the seller first, they both kept us aware of any and all offers made by potential buyers, as well as making sure we were clearly getting what we wanted and expected out of the sale price for our property. Martha and Rachael made sure we had qualified buyers in any offer that were made by potential buyers. Martha and Rachael always let us know what to expect during every step of the sale and closing process. This is our fourth home and we have never had any Real Estate agent accomplished a sale of our home as Spectacular and professional as Martha and Rachael did. We are so happy we found Elite Homes and cant say enough about them as our Home Selling Team. They are the Best , thank you both so very much!We recommend you and your team in the Highest Regard. ZillowVERIFIED I rarely write reviews. I'm either too busy or I really wasnt all that impressed with the person I was dealing with. Not the case with Martha! I dont even know where to start. To begin with, she almost always answers her phone. Day or night. Weekday or Weekend. I needed a realtor who was not intimidated with the legal issues involved. As a lawyer I was impressed with how quickly she learned about The Land Trust and my role as Trustee to my Mothers property. She offered to reduce her fee without my needing to ask. Who does that? Martha has been in the real estate business for 30 years and it showed. Theres just no substitute for experience. Ive dealt with many realtors through the years. Ive never used the same realtor twice. I will be making an exception next time. Ive already told Martha that our paths will cross again. Its just a matter of time.

ZillowVERIFIED Very likable and knowledgeable about real estate matters. Follows up promptly on open items and concerns. Is available for questions and gets back to buyer very quickly. Provides suggestions regarding options or improvement cost that will add value to home resale value. Takes extra time to go with buyer to home inspections and has a keen eye for home deficiencies or irregularities. Goes outside the realestate box to get answers regarding buyers concerns or challenges.

ZillowVERIFIED It has been truly a wonderful experience working with Martha! Our new home was constructed during the pandemic and that made site visits and inspections extremely difficult to attend. Martha was our eyes and ears during that time and made the impossible possible. She has really gone over and beyond and helped to get the home built on schedule. Her professionalism and attentiveness to details are very impressive and something to aspire to!

It was a lengthy process for us to finally find our perfect first home, and we couldnt have done it without Martha. You will not regret choosing her as your realtor. Highly recommended. ZillowVERIFIED My first time working with Rachael and Martha was four years ago when I bought my first home. My experience with them was so great at that time that I decided to use them as my selling agents to sell that house and they also helped me with finding my new home. When I came to them, I had been working with a mortgage broker that dropped the ball one too many times. Martha, who has experience in the mortgage industry, was able to give me useful advice and recommended a lender that could help with my somewhat complex situation. Throughout the process, Rachael ensured that everything went smoothly. She checked in with my at every step and made sure I always knew what was going on. She coordinated with the mortgage broker and two title companies and both of my closings, which happened on the same day, went super smoothly. I highly recommend Martha and Rachael. They are extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with real estate experts. I truly felt like I was in the care of a family member.
