Shayne went above and beyond helping us find a condo that checked all our boxes in a short period of time. She was very instrumental as we are from out of state (different time zone) and worked with us via phone and email. She was very generous in offering to bring our daughter who is a student at the local University to and from the properties so she can view them in person. In addition to, Shayne made herself available for questions at all times and always returned calls, texts or emails in a timely manner. She also assisted in recommending finance, the home inspector and even the best furniture stores in the area. Shayne is a professional and was both friendly and courteous throughout the entire process, relieving any potential stress. We highly recommend her for anyone seeking to buy or sell in the area.
