Take Action Properties

Lucia is very knowledgeable in real estate sales.

If you're in need of a knowledgeable, reliable, communicative and energetic Realtor, look no further than Lucia and her team. When it came time for us to begin our search for a new home, I was hesitant to work with anyone and preferred to do my own legwork at first. I'm a native New Yorker, what can I say :-) However, I learned quickly that it pays to have the support of a professional...enter Lucia and Karrie of Take Action Properties. We were matched on Zillow and she helped me put together a plan. While my financing was a bit rocky, she encouraged me to keep pushing and in the end, we were blessed big time! I would highly recommend her services and thank God for sending me this Angel to guide me through the housing process.

Five stars is not enough. It is obvious that Lucia loves what she does. She puts her heart, soul and time into making sure everything is just right. If you want someone who's going to go above and beyond for you. This is your realtor.

Working with Lucy was amazing. She was so helpful and sweet. She was and is always there to answer any questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for any type of property in the Flagler/Volusia area. We are so happy for the experience ?

We had another realtor for almost a year. Nothing was done. Our neighbor told us about Lucia & Karrie. They had us under contract and sold in 19 days. We reccomend them to anyone looking to sell their home quickly.
