So I replied to her text, then she called me again and spoke with me for 20 min fielding several questions about the property and answer with detail and more data than I had expected. So I'm not waiting to hear from a realtor mid week. Instead, I already have the lender's name and company and will here from him within 48hrs. If all real estate agents performed like this, transaction times would be halved and acquisitions would be twofold. Thank you and glad to have "A Pro" on my team. I manage a $110+M DoD contract and am an expert in Team Building as well as spotting and utilizing individuals strengths. Destynee is the best realtor I've ever worked with. Even though she was the selling agent and I purposefully come into the transaction without a buying agent, she treated better than I ever could've expected. The transaction had a monumental amount of challenges and unforseen delays the entire way but she worked very hard to drive it all the way through closing. She always kept up regular communication so I was always in the loop with the latest information. Any future TN real estate needs I may have in the future, she will be the first one I call.
