SYnergy Real Estate

We met Phillip Martinez, our awesome Real Estate Agent, through Zillow after scheduling a showing of a property we wanted to see. We hadnt been working with an agent prior but upon meeting Phillip we felt comfortable to continue our search with him. Phillip was very diligent and attentive. In about a months time, he helped us see and submit about 18 purchase offers. He was always looking out for our best interest and throughout a very tough escrow, he constantly had our backs, connecting us with legal counsel and advice when needed. Phillip was great at communication and getting us answers when asked. He was resourceful and offered us various alternatives so we can make informed decisions. Overall, having Phillip on our side, made the entire experience feel more like a joint venture with a friend than an agent trying to close their deal. We were lucky to have someone like Phillip on this journey with us and we would highly recommend him as a buyers agent to our family and friends. Thank you Phillip for everything!

Phillip represented me in the purchase of my condo in Aliso Viejo. With COVID and a picky buyer such as myself, Phillip was more than patient and my multiple counter-offers. He never got frustrated and presented my offers in earnest. Ultimately his negotiation skills paid off and got my condo for the price I wanted along with some closing cost credit from the seller. I would highly recommend his services!

I just want to say that Phillip was super helpful throughout the home buying process, he was very responsive and always answered all my questions no matter what time it was. Everything was super smooth. This was our first home and Phillip made it super easy. Thank you for all your help. Would definitely refer him to anyone looking for a home.

Phillip was a great agent whom I enjoyed working with and inevitably helping me navigate the rollercoaster of home buying in SoCal. I bought in an area I was not familiar with and his knowledge of everything in the area was beyond helpful. Excellent at staying in close contact and answering many questions. Always a wonderful attitude. A very knowledgable, pleasant, thoughtful person to work with. 2 Thumbs Up!
