Jimmy was an incredible resource in helping us secure an investment property. His knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and seamless communication made the entire process stress-free and efficient. We couldn't have done it without him!

Jimmy is An amazing real estate agent! He is extremely organized, detailed, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He made the entire process easier by staying on top of every detail and always being available to answer questions. His knowledge and professionalism really stood out throughout the experience. I almost dont want to share him because when you find a Realtor this good, you want to keep him to yourself! But it wouldnt be right not to let others know how great he is. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely helpful real estate professional.

Jimmy was incredibly helpful to me as an out of state investor. He would send me frequent deals and gave me his honest opinion when I brought him deals as well. He was able to tour many houses for me and provide me with honest and helpful feedback. He also helped me get many items repaired/credited by the seller during the inspection phase and helped me navigate a long closing. I'm looking forward to working with him again!

We had a wonderful experience working with Jimmy Lieu. He was always available and responsive. Some of the properties we considered had limited information available. Jimmy went the extra mile to ensure we had everything to make well informed, educated decisions. All future real estate deals we do in Columbus will be collaborated with Jimmy.

I am an out of state investor, so I needed a realtor with a pulse on the Columbus market. I just closed on my 4th deal, but this was my 1st deal with Jimmy, and he made the process incredibly easy. He has really dialed in systems for everything from communicating and sending deals to writing offers. He responds quickly even know you can tell he is super busy. He was able to get me a deal10% below list price and negotiate $8,000 in credits. He linked me with a qualified contractor and a solid property manager. I'm very happy with my experience and plan to use him for my next deal this spring.
