Swell Realty Co.

Tom was an amazing realtor. He went above and beyond, when it came to doing what it took to sell my property. He was always available when I needed to talk to him, and always returned my calls. He is reputable and exhibits high character and standards. I highly recommend him.

Tom was fantastic., a great person! Excellent agent, I felt very comfortable with his subjects., always on time!! If I purchase another home, Tom will be my agent! He did a terrific job,,, mentioned several subjections that is still a help!

Tom and his wife are great. 2 of the BEST I've worked with. I bought a house with them back in 2018 when I 1st came to the area. His wife would show houses at any time that worked for me. Tom will be working on comparisons in the area as well as finding new houses to look at and knows a lot of ppl to assist with all of your needs. I left the area in 2022 and came back in 2024 and they were the 1st realtors I called. I was thrilled to hear they were still practicing. Anything you need usually any time you need it, they will work to get it done. I was signing documentation electronically at 10pm 1 night as Tom and Vicki were trying to get a deal done for me. Having worked with Realtors that just sit back and wait for a check VS what this team does is like night and day. I really want to thank you for all of the hard work you put in to help me again. If and that's a big if, I move again I will contact you 1st. Anyone needs anything I will get them in contact with you. Ty for all you do and did for me and my family. I appreciate it.

I could not have asked for a better realtor, now someone I consider a friend. While the actual sale of my house was easy - getting to closing had some hurdles. Tom was there every step of the way.

Tom was amazing in every aspect! Every question I had while being a first time buyer and seller he answered promptly and efficiently. His support and knowledge through the whole process was extremely reassuring, and he was very helpful with scheduling.( military friendly)
