We cant say enough about this team. I wasnt planning to sell my home, but we found a home we fell in love with and decided to contact Erin Casey of Sur West Homes. We asked Erin and Sue to determine if the home that we found was something we should invest in and what my home in North Tustin would be worth. We trusted their advice throughout the process of buying and selling each home. Their expertise in the North Tustin market allowed them give us great advice on a list price of the home I owned to ensure that it would sell - AND IT DID in 4 days for more than we listed it. She also did a great job negotiating the price of the new home, as well. Erin kept us on track throughout the process, which enabled us to close on my home before we purchased our new home - AND all within the span of 2 1/2 weeks!
