Sue and Erin came in and notified us of what needed to be done in order to get our home in the proper condition to be sold. They set up a number of sub contractors for us, and they even met them at the house since we were unable to do so. They also took the time and effort to have the house staged for the open house. We wanted a team with strong marketing skills and recent experience representing buyers and sellers in the propertys market area. Also critical was experience in those tricky transitional periods between sellers markets and buyers markets, which was the situation at the time we decided to sell. Sue and Erin met those qualifications, and more than met our expectations. As a long-time rental, our property needed prep work. The criteria for their recommendations was, will the expenditure increase the value by at least as much as its cost? We accepted all of their recommendations and after they finished working their magic, the property looked amazing.
