Dustin and his team responded immediately when we were looking for local expertise in the Table Rock lake area market. He provided listings, kept us up to date on the changing market and was able to provide us with a few unlisted opportunities, all during Covid 19 social distancing.He was able to quickly negotiate a good deal for us and help us through a quick closing so we could enjoy our new lake-side cabin less than a month from start to finish.

Dustin was patient to show me condos with water views (which is what I thought I wanted) and then we looked at patio homes in gated communities and it is exactly what I wanted. In talking with him, he guided me to exactly what I was looking for and did not get impatient with me and my many questions. His secretary, Melissa, was also so helpful in giving me a list of people that I chose from, who were knowledgeable in inspecting, bidding on work that needed to be done, etc. to get the final contract completed. I can't thank them both enough as I love Branson and my new home!
