Sunset Real Estate

Lisa is very helpful. She knows the housing market in her area very well, we were fortunate to have her as a broker in our Moses Lake housing search, If we needed an agent in grant county again we would not hesitate to contact Lisa.

I had Lisa Garmon as my relator. I must say that her professionalism and attention to details has not been surpassed by any other previous real estate transaction that I have had over the last 40 years. Various times she had called me up with suggestions on making my home more presentable for prospective buyers and the results paid off! The home sold in a pretty short time!. Thanks to Lisa Garmon and the Windermere team (L. Kincade)

We live out of state and Lisa sold our home for us. She made sure our home was clean and the yard maintained for us. We were concerned about not being there to deal with the sale, but Lisa made sure everything was taken care of and the sale went through without a hitch. She went above and beyond her duties in selling our home. We would use Lisa again and highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home.

She went above & beyond & is still in contact & someone id consider a friend. She knows & explains every step & walks you thru the while process. I'll be using her again when I go to get into my next house

Lisa sold me a cute little home and helped me understand all the paperwork involved with buying. I am a first time home buyer and she explained everything so clearly. I would refer her to anyone.
