Chuck and Susan are fantastic agents! I was actually licensed myself some years ago, so I had a little insight into the industry and the local agents, and we felt very comfortable with Chuck as our agent. Some of the attributes they posses: 1) Very knowledgeable in sales, negotiations, and local real estate. 2) Tons of experience - There are a lot of part timers out there - That's not the case with Chuck and Susan. They are full time pros who have been doing this a long time. They know the ins-and-outs of the local scene. This can type of info can save you a lot of money and headache. 3) 2-for-1 - You get two agents for the price of one! When you work with them you get the expertise and experience of two agents. 4) Advice - Their advice comes from a place of understanding (About your needs), but also their advice is not driven by emotion, so they'll shoot you straight about what you should do/consider. 5) Patience - They genuinely want their clients to be in the best position and will work with you no matter how slow you might move. I will continue to recommend them! You won't go wrong with working with Chuck and Susan!
