Mr. Penny is assisting with the renovation of a condo we purchased through Sunnybrook Realty. Throughout the renovation, Mr. Penny has provided updates on the work that will be, and has been performed. And because we live out-of-state, Robert takes pictures of the work as it is completed and forwards them to us for our information and approval. We have been very impressed with Mr. Penny's attention to detail, his diligence in getting his portion of the work done, and his dedication to the project. We find him to be a very hard worker and are extremely glad that he agreed to assist with the renovation project.

Robert listed my lot and he listed incorrectly. When he realized he was not making any commission, because of his error, he whined and I gave him 700 in compensation. Robert is very disorganized, and would not recommend him to sell anything for me, or represent me in any way.
