Words cannot give Sunil enough credit for how great he and his team are. Back in 2009, Sunil helped us acquire our first home, which was a foreclosed condo, and got the sale price down by almost $50k. That left my wife and I plenty of reserve funds for renovations.Fast forward to 2013, my wife and I decided to sale the condo Sunil helped us acquire in 2009 and upgrade to a single family home. Sunil and Steven were very professional as usual and helped us with the staging of our home and recommended some great handymen/vendors to help us with some of the remodeling before we put the house on the market. The house sold in less than 1 week, and well over what my wife and I had anticipated. We are currently close to acquiring our single family home, and in this low inventory/high demand market, my wife and I are shocked how quickly Sunil & Steven helped us find a new home in less than 2 weeks after we had sold our condo. This our third time working with Sunil and his team, and for good reason. Sunil and Steven are both very caring and knowledgeable professionals. Everything they had recommended to us, we followed and 100% of the time it worked out for the better. We would highly recommend Sunil and his team to anyone interested in buying and selling.

We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend Kevin & Sunil to anyone looking for a realtor. We recently bought our first home and as first time home buyers, this competitive market was extremely daunting. We were glad we found Sunil & Kevin. They made the whole home buying process a breeze. We had an initial call with Sunil and Kevin where they got to know us and what we were looking for. They gave us a detailed overview of the area we were interested in, the neighborhood, the schools and everything in between. They had an excellent grasp of the current market trend and the area. We went through our finances in detail and created a few financial scenarios with varying permutations of down payment, appraisal variances and Interest Rates. That gave us a pretty good understanding of our finances, budget and strategy. Sunil and Kevin also got us in touch with some lenders who helped for a quick approval letter. Once that was out of the way, Kevin set up daily alerts. With each house that we liked, Kevin would give us a detailed list of Pros & Cons about the property. This helped us a lot and made our research much simpler. Kevin was extremely prompt in scheduling viewings and sending disclosures. Touring the houses was also something that we looked forward to. Kevin would always reach a few mins early and be waiting for us at the showing. The showing usually started with a brief overview about the area, the neighborhood, the schools & other facts about the property. Kevin would also give his recommendations about the property and also provided us with ballpark estimates about any work that needed to be done. When the time came to put an offer Sunil and Kevin would set up a call. They would go over the disclosures with us and point out things that we might have missed. They would list down all the things they found in the disclosures as well and discuss that with us. They would give us their honest recommendations about the property. If all looked good we would go over the finances to gauge the offer price. Sunil & Kevin also have a spreadsheet where they have the market analysis of the neighborhood, this gave us an overview of what to expect during appraisal. After that we would estimate a price that the house could go for and decide our offer. All the above research gave us confidence in our offer. After the offer was accepted, Kevin & Sunil helped us immensely in the closing process. They were on top of everything and made sure there were no delays. Sunil and Kevin also gave us a list of todos after moving which helped us a lot as well. The best and the most important part that I personally loved about Kevin & Sunil was that they were never pushy. We were not just another client that they had to close. They were patient and they genuinely wanted us to enjoy and love the home we would buy. I say for that alone I would work with them again. We couldnt recommend Kevin & Sunil any more highly. We never felt pressured to do anything, our questions were always answered and we felt they were doing everything in our best interest. Thank you for all of your hard work!

nil is a very hardworking, knowledgeable and well-connected realtor/agent. Ideal for purchasing your first home. Our interactions with him over 4-5 months and ~10 offers were very positive. I feel he was mostly there to guide us and help us make decisions for ourselves. What we really loved about him: 1) Hes highly educated, and had a successful career outside of real estate. He set up this business from the ground up. He does this because he likes to, and hes good at it. I meet a lot of agents who do this part time, or in the summers, or because theyre helping a relative or friend. Buying in a sellers market required an agent that is completely 100% committed to the job. Sunil was available to us pretty much at all times between 8am and 10pm, 7 days a week! We had several offers that involved very tight timelines, and he came through with information, offers etc every time in a timely manner. You will get a lot of face time with him, and in the past 5 months I really learned a lot from talking with him, whether in person or by phone.2) He never pressured us to make an offer. He never pressured us on price or terms of an offer. He never said no to writing an offer, even though there were offers we made that were very weak in current market conditions (we were new to this, so we only realized after the first few that we were way off). 3) He has a great set of contacts (inspectors, loan officers etc) to help answer questions and help as and when needed.4) He has very helpful insights into the pros and cons of a house. He has good opinions on interior design, renovations, and the costs/benefits of these. He points out repairs/substandard work so you know what you?re getting into most of the time.5) I felt like he was truly working for my interests. There were times when me and my wife got emotionally sucked in to making offers on homes just so we could get into a place (?what if the market continues to rise and this is the best place we can get?? or ?What if we get priced out and have to move further away or into a smaller place next year?? Or ?Im tired of looking lets just over-offer and buy the next house we see??etc?etc). Sunil turned out to be a great support, keeping us rational and pointing out the real pros and cons of the houses we saw, keeping us from bidding on just about anything and over-offering just for the sake of getting a house. On one offer, he managed to save our inspection contingency, even though we agreed to drop it to get an offer accepted. This really bailed us out of a serious issue: inspections showed water in the crawl space, and the cause could not be determined. Because Sunil kept the inspection contingency for us (despite us agreeing to drop it), we were able to walk away from this problem / home. In the end, we found a great home that met all our needs (well most anyway). 5 months, ~10 offers with Sunil. I recommend him with no reservations.
