Cathy is one of the best negotiators I've ever seen. She is very professional and fully extends herself to her clients. As a client you are very aware of everything pertaining to your house and any house you visit. She is clear and concise in her explanations and information.

Shes definitely helped me in a time of need. I bought and sold my first property through her and made very good profit. If she had more property for sale that i could afford, id buy it in an instant

I personally love cathy leogrande. She's very polite, respectful, professional, and relatable. She gave me a great deal on a property and before I even finished paying off my property to her, she helped me sell it very quickly, and we both ended up profiting. She's very negotiable and just overall a kind hearted lady. Definitely my favorite realtor. I also love that she' has flexible hours to work with me and that she's not pushy or annoying likemost realtors. I definitely look forward to workin with her again.

We had great experience working with Cathy for listing our rental house in Banning. She is professional, knowledgeable and sincere. The whole listing process was smooth and fast. We found ideal tenants within a short time with her help and now have a peaceful mind. We will work with her again in the future.
