We cannot say enough great things about Summer and Emily! Our situation was a little different, in that we decided to buy a home in Santa Barbara while we were still living in Chicago. We were not local for much of the process, but it wasn't a problem for Summer and Emily AT ALL. They got right to work, lined up several properties for us to see while we were in town, and we felt 100% that they had our backs throughout the entire process. Communication-wise, they are available and responsive, and pleasant to work with. While many home searches require patience and can take longer than expected, we were actually in the opposite situation; we wanted to find something fast and they got the job done. They are knowledgeable, realistic, and also not afraid to stand their ground in the interest of their clients; they are not easily fazed. What has particularly impressed us is that, even after closing, they have gone above and beyond to help us set up and manage work we are having done on our home before we move to town. We feel really good about how the entire process went, and couldn't be happier with our choice of realtors. Summer and Emily are pros at what they do, and we give them our highest recommendation.

Summer was the perfect agent for us. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and made us feel confident with her assistance. I found her through Zillow when I needed an agent to arrange a very short notice viewing of a house that had just been listed. She saw us through the negotiation process of an offer the same day she met me. She was relentlessly advocating for us. While we came in second place on that house, we now know that was because a significantly better home was in store for us. She respected our long list of desires and over six months sent us only a few houses that were possibilities. Then we got a text from her saying that she thought a brand new listing fit our list perfectly. Having her help us through the offer to make sure that we put ourselves in the best position was comforting.
