Cody Emery is truly a world class real estate agent He listens follows through on every issue with an upbeat attitude He worked with us for over two years to execute our downsizing strategy His friendly positive attitude was encouraging to us He is a true example of how a real professional can make a difference I consider him a good friend

I have known Cody for five years and he has guided me through two home purchases in that time Cody has been amazing to work with super responsive committed personable and truly goes above and beyond If you are ever in need of a realtor in the Salt Lake City area I highly recommend Cody and his team Thanks for everything

Excellent service and very customer oriented I would recommend the Emery Group to my friends neighbors and family

Cody goes above and beyond when helping customers through the many stressors of selling homes He helped our family with the sale of two homes First he was well versed in the local economy and state of realty in Utah He was able to educate us to make our transitions realistic Not many realtors I have met are as upfront and honest Secondly my spouse and I have health issues and Cody went way above and beyond to assist in our sales I cant thank Cody enough for his assistance In a lifetime of real estate dealings across multiple states I have never had a realtor who was more customer oriented than Cody and that is a quality exceedingly difficult to find especially in Utah You will not go wrong with Cody

Cody as expected went above and beyond the call of duty for our referral. We only refer our clients to the best and without a doubt Cody is in the elite.
