I've never found and bought a house as fast as I was able to by working with Mary. After reading her stellar reviews, I called her on the Saturday after Thanksgiving when neither of us was in Park City, met with her a week and a half later, viewed listings 2 days later, found my home, and put in an offer a few days after that. It was accepted on the first go-around because that's how good Mary is at negotiation. Mary stands out with grounded professionalism. She gets stuff done but is also so nice and helpful and, even after the closing she continues to answer questions and point me in the right direction, which is incredibly valuable, especially being relatively new to the area. Mary C is AMAZING! We used her on the recommendation of a close friend who had bought in Park City.
