Mary C is AMAZING! We used her on the recommendation of a close friend who had bought in Park City. We contacted her during our Park City vacation and she had us in the house the very next day to view it. She moved very quickly on the negotiation and got us a very good deal. Then she was on top of every little thing to get us to closing. She is very responsive and moves fast. She is a lovely person and great agent and we would use her again in a heartbeat!

Cindy served as real estate agent for the sale of my Park City-area condo and the purchase of another condo in early 2026. This was a complicated undertaking, and Cindy pulled it off beautifully. Her vast experience and knowledge made the difference. She kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions thoroughly, and ensured both deals stayed on track and remained synchronized. I couldn't have asked for a better agent! I strongly recommend Cindy as their agent for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Park City area.

Mary worked with us over a year to find the right fit. She is patient, honest, and educated us on the particularities of the Park City market. She is very accessible and has an amazing team. She is your advocate and has an excellent reputation in the greater Park City area. We enjoyed working with her and Lindsey, her Associate.

Mary was our listing agent. She was very knowledgeable of the marketing process, home pricing strategies and trends in the Park City real estate market. I would highly recommend Mary for your Park City area real estate needs.

I found Mary based on a very helpful article she had written comparing the type of properties I was interested in. When I contacted her, she was very quick to respond and very knowledgeable of the pros/cons of each area. Her insights, considerations I hadn't thought of and ultimately opinions based on careful consideration of our needs gave us the confidence to buy site un-seen from out of state. Once we made the decision, she worked quickly and tireless over the weekend to secure a good deal on an in-demand property. We have bought a number of homes and Mary is among the top realtors we have worked with in terms of the two metrics we think our most valuable - knowledge, advice and service. We recommend her without hesitation.
