Summit Realty Group, LLC

Torrey was amazing from start to finish. His professionalism transparency and communication were top tier. We connected the moment we started the process. The experience was stress free and efficient.

It was a great experience. Hes very consistent & and on top of things. He had me in my home in a month and he did his thing negotiating!! Hes great and I will be recommending him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home

Torrey was an outstanding agent. We shared a mutual buyer as I am on the settlement side of things, and I could not have asked for a better agent to share a transaction. He was over the top when it came to communication, professionalism, and ownership of the file. We had issues with lender communication and he was on the phone calling them as much as I was. Torrey truly went above and beyond for his buyer in a situation that wasnt ideal. I would recommend Torrey any day of the week and being in the industry on another side - that says A LOT. Thank you, Torrey, for your hard work!!

The entire process was extremely easy. Communication was awesome. Any questions i asked he had the answers for or would Let-me know he had to get back to me with the most updated information. He paid attention to the little details that even we missed and use that information to find a home for us even though we wasnt sure of what we wanted

Torrey was excellent to work with and a fantastic realtor. Extremely professional, reliable, and committed to working hard for me. The process went extremely smooth and fast. If there were any questions the lender had Torrey explained everything if I did not understand. When I was ready to commit, he went full force to help me find the best home suitable for me. I highly recommend him to any buyers, seasoned or first-timers!
