Ginger was fantastic. Helped us every step of the way. That was especially important as we live in Illinois and bought a vacation house in Michigan. There was limited opportunity for us to go up to see houses. Ginger was willing to go see houses for us and video or Facetime with us during her walk through. We also were looking for a very specific style of house on a large property with a barn or two and possibly an ADU. For the houses that did not have a barn/ADU, she did all the research/phone calls into size allowances, setbacks, etc., for adding a barn/ADU. She did this for every house we thought we might be interested in. We were looking in various townships/counties. So all were different specifications. Ginger is extremely knowledgeable about the whole mid and western Michigan area. We looked from Grand Haven down to Saugatuck and 30 mins. inland of those areas. She would let us know if she felt a certain area would meet our needs for the type of boating/lifestyle we wanted. Following our negotiations, we were unable to make it to our inspection, Ginger went in place of us. She was there for hours with an extremely thorough inspector that she had recommended. During the buying process, she emailed us regularly with updates, reminders, etc. to keep us on track. I would highly recommend Ginger.
