from beginning to end maryann was the best, there are not enough positive words to describe her. i was so nervous going into the process but she was there day and night to talk to me and answer my questions. the biggest thing to me was maryann really cares about your situation, she is so detail orientated and has so much knowledge that you feel safe knowing that you are not getting in over your head. she is honast and has such a keen ability to notice things that can pop up later after purchase and show you before you make a decision. she really cares about your investment and has such honasty through the whole process. i am now a home owner and i know i have the perfect home at the perfect price at the perfect time line, but im very greatfull that i now have a friend that will always be held in high regard. thank you maryann, you are such a rock star.
