Our family relocated to the South Shore from the West Coast. Weve moved several times but I was unfamiliar with the area. Cody was recommended to me by a coworker. I must say that I was impressed with the entire experience for several reasons:1) Cody was very familiar with the areas that we were interested in looking to purchase. She knew her comps and when it came time to offer she came equipped with the market research that we needed to make an informed decision. She knew schools, sports programs for the kids as well as recreational activities for the family and was able to make recommendations. 2) Cody was responsive but not pushy. Buying during the initial stages of the COVID outbreak was an uncertain time. Cody remained flexible and positive. She was also willing to champion aEUR~safe showings when open houses shut down. 3) Cody was firmly in our corner. Ive purchased before where I felt the sale was the most important thing to the agent. Cody was most concerned about representing us alone. She is not afraid on conflict on your behalf. As a business person I respected this. 4) She made it fun.I would highly recommend Cody to any friend or family member.

Cody is your go to confidante! She knows her business by the back of her hand and always has your well being first. We met Cody by chance when browsing and not 100% sure of our plan. She showed us more than 70 homes with no commitment or strings attached. When we were ready she guided us through both selling with another agent we had and buying our home. The selling process was not smooth with the other local agent nor the agent selling the home we bought. However, Cody was our saving grace and available whenever we needed a sounding board. A few months after living in the home, the septic has an issue and Cody was there to help with kindest soul. She has an excellent network to assist with a variety of matters.
