Stutts Properties, Inc

Erica is so smart, accommodating, knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area and will go the extra mile. She presents options. Erica was always available for a telephone call. Since we don?t live in the area, we counted on Erica for information and for viewing property without us, she came through for us! Erica is well-suited for her career. She is personable, professional and energetic. We would enjoy working with Erica again and again.

This is the fourth investment property that we have purchased with Ericas assistance. Her extensive knowledge of the area and its builders, coupled with her partnership with an excellent locally owned property management company made our process of exploring Florence and Muscle Shoals a pleasant experience. From initial fact finding through to her communication with the builders, property management company and closing attorney , we highly recommend Erica for all of your real estate needs.

Erica is always great to work with! She helps her clients find the perfect home in their budget. As a lender, it means a lot when an agent is easily accessible - Erica is quick to respond anytime I need her.

Erica did an amazing job in helping our family find a great home. She was very professional the entire time and really made our first time home buying experience a smooth and pleasant one. She was very prompt in answering any questions or concerns we had any time we needed her. We would highly recommend Erica to anyone that is in the market for a new home.

I am thankful to be connected with Erica through the Zillow website. She was knowledgeable and very responsive. She helped make the process of buying a new home in an unfamiliar area much easier.
