Stuart + Peckham Real Estate Group | REAL Broker LLC

As a local septic installer, I work with a lot of realtors throughout the buying and selling process, and Sami is one I'm always happy to work with. Very professional, responsive, easy to communicate with, and does a great job keeping everyone on the same page. Genuinely care about the client's and makes sure things get handled the right way from start to finish.

If you are looking to sell your home or in the market to buy one, please contact Tammy Stuart of Stuart + Peckham Real Estate Group of Council Bluffs, Iowa! I recently listed my home with Tammy and was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, communication, care and support shown to me throughout the sale. I had 3 full price offers the day after the open house and everything went smoothly throughout the entire process. I'm convinced her market knowledge and experience is what led to a very quick sale. She also knew the right people I could hire to sell furniture and do cleaning and repairs. Tammy went above and beyond to keep the sale stress free for me, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Tammy for anyone seeking a dedicated and effective real estate partner. I feel so fortunate she was recommended to me! Shes the best!

Krysta is Awesome! She went above and beyond many many times at all hours of the day and night including weekends. She was so positive and very helpful through the entire process. Krysta sold our house in one day after the listing went live. I bought another house and she got me through all the anxiety and craziness. I couldnt have found a better person to help me through it all and cant thank her enough!!!!! If your looking to buy or sell a house she is your Realtor to do it!!!!!!

Krysta made the process easy for us from the beginning. She was quick to respond to all of our questions. We hit a bump in the road with the seller towards the end of the process and Krysta quickly took care of everything.
