Rachel helped us buy our home in Soquel after looking for several years in the area -- from Felton to Aptos -- and it was a solid experience. She's clearly knowledgeable about the Santa Cruz market and was responsive throughout. She was patient without ever making us feel rushed. When we finally found the right place, she guided us confidently through the offer and negotiation process, making sure we felt comfortable at each step. We were buying from out of town and she met vendors at the home during the inspection process on our behalf, willing to go the extra mile to make sure we got our home. We recommend working with Rachel to others looking to buy in the Santa Cruz area.

We could not recommend Gisele more! We moved to the US only 2 years ago and were buying our first house. We knew almost nothing about how buying a home here works. Gisele explained every step, answered every question, and advocated for us the whole way through. She stayed with us at moments when we could not even expect an agent to be there. Ours was a short sale, which is a hard process. Gisele made it as smooth and friendly as it could be. We ended up with a beautiful house in the Santa Cruz forest that checked every box on our list. Gisele is a pleasure to work with and someone you can TRULY rely on. Once we settle in, we are inviting her over for coffee!! We'll surely recommend Gisele to all our friends here, and we'd be excited to work with Gisele again if we decide to take another look at the Bay Area's real estate later.

We had a fantastic experience working with Rachel Graham on our home purchase. The entire process was incredibly smooth, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish. She was responsive (to my many many questions), knowledgeable, and stayed on top of every detail to help us successfully close in just 8 days! We really appreciated the clear communication and guidance throughout the process. Everything moved quickly without ever feeling chaotic or rushed. We would absolutely recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a realtor who is professional and dependable.
