Words cannot describe the amazing experience we had selling our house with Bjorn and Strock Realty! When you work with Bjorn and the Strock Group you don?t get one person working for you but the entire team, which includes the owner Ben, the design team, project management team and the office team. Bjorn coordinates seamlessly with the team making sure everything is moving forward. The teams comes in and assesses your property to determine the best staging and the minor upgrades needed to best sell your home. The designers did an amazing job staging the house and it is all part of the standard fee. Also, the project manager is part of the fee and was phenomenal , coordinating all of the improvements effortlessly and getting better prices than we could have because the contractors work almost exclusively for Strock Realty. The work done was beautiful and we paid very little. The project manager?s services is part of the standard fee. Pulling it all together was their filming and photography crew. Bjorn had a video made with actual actors! It was so good the video had over 50K views the last time I looked. Bjorn was great meeting with agents and their potential buyers so he could point out and highlight some of the great upgrades we had done over the years. That extra touch made a difference and we ended up selling the house in 6 days with multiple offers! Bjorn and his team are young, energetic and fun. This may be the only real estate company where you will feel they earned every penny of their commission. After our experience, we would never use anyone else.

Bjorn helped my wife and I find the perfect starter home in the ridiculous real estate market of Santa Cruz. We started as dreamers with Bjorn, and then a few months later ended up being first time home owners! We did NOT expect to buy a home this quickly-- to be honest we are still in a bit of shock that we did! Bjorn was wonderful at listening to the various anxieties that bubbled up as we waded through the process of purchasing a home, all while we chased after our toddler on showings, and during phone calls. He always took the time to listen to what we really wanted and needed, and clarify any questions, however big or small we had about the very overwhelming process of purchasing a home. Bjorn made sure to follow up with us and remind us of things we needed to do to close, paperwork we needed to submit, etc. That was very helpful as we both work full time and needed those reminders. Bjorn is very responsive via text and phone (even when he went off on vacation he checked in with us!) He also helped us get established with a very helpful lender, home inspection service, and was able to help us get any extra help we need. Bjorn offered to show us properties multiple times to help us make up our mind, and was super patient throughout the process as we teetered back and forth about what we wanted, and where we wanted to be. Choose this guy! He will listen to you, laugh with you, and put your family first to find the perfect nest.
